  • How do I set up my account/log in:

  • I am having problems logging in:
    Most issues can be resolved simply through this guide: Troubleshooting Login Issues however if you are still stuck contact us (help@willingdonschool.org.uk) and we will be happy to help get you set up.
     

  • How do I see Homework? (this used to be in Edulink)
    This will be seen as an “Assignment” within the Portal, details of how to access can be seen here: Your child’s assignments
     

  • Why can I not reply to messages in Arbor?
    The messaging system within Arbor works through a centralised system. This means that any messages that you send through Arbor to us all go to our reception office staff, rather than to individual staff members such. To stop our reception staff becoming overwhelmed with receiving and forwarding on messages we have instead opted to make the messaging system through Arbor a no reply email. You will have experienced this with many companies who when sending emails to you state not to reply for similar reasons. We are still very contactable though through our normal emails which you can find on our website contact us page. We ask that you use these from your email address to us to make contact.
