Important Update: Re-enabling Edulink One for Parents
Dear Parents/Carers,
We sincerely appreciate your feedback regarding our transition to the Arbor parent platform. We understand that many of you have faced challenges with the new system, particularly in areas such as getting your child logged in, communicating with teachers, and accessing key features like Homework and Parent Evening. We recognise that these challenges may have made it more difficult for some parents to support their child as effectively as they wish.
We did raise your concerns with Arbor but we do not feel they have been addressed fully yet. Therefore, we have made the decision to re-enable Edulink One as our primary parent platform until such time as Arbor can deliver similar supporting features for parents.
Edulink One will allow you to access all the main school-related services through a single app which we are hoping will be a more seamless experience.
Key Information:
· Edulink One will be available to parents on Monday, 3rd February
· For Parents Who Have Used Edulink One Before: You can continue using your existing login credentials (or) choose "Reset Password" at logon screen if you have forgotten your password.
· For Parents Who Are New to Edulink One: You will receive new login credentials and instructions via email on Monday, 3rd February, at 10:00 A.M.
· For Students: They can login with their existing school email account
· Extended Support Hours: To assist with this transition, our ICT helpdesk will offer extended support on 4th + 5th February up to 17:00. If you require any assistance, please contact our ICT helpdesk at 01323 481100 or via email at help@willingdonschool.org.uk.
